Overview

This website, memeforaday.com (the "Store"), is operated by the seller identified in Section 1 ("we", "us", "our") under the brand Meme For A Day. By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

The Store is hosted on Shopify. Our products are printed and shipped by our production partner, Printful.

2. Eligibility and use of the Store

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to copy or scrape its content.

3. Limited-edition 24-hour drops

Meme For A Day releases a new design every day. Each design is sold for 24 hours only; when the countdown ends, the design is retired forever and will not be sold again. Countdown timers are provided for convenience; the closing time recorded by our systems prevails. Orders placed before a drop closes are produced and shipped normally.

4. Products and AI-made designs

Our designs are original and are made with the help of AI tools, then selected and edited by us. Product images and mockups are illustrative: colors and placement may vary slightly due to screens and the printing process. Our designs are humorous and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any person, brand or platform.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was mispriced, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

Your order is a binding offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of suspected fraud, an obvious error, or if a product cannot be produced.

7. Shipping

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada only. Delivery times, rates and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Items are made to order. Our Refund Policy explains how we reprint or refund damaged, defective or misprinted items. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics and other content on the Store belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you the right to use and enjoy that physical item; it does not grant you any right to reproduce, sell or otherwise exploit the design.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third-party services (such as Shopify, payment providers, Printful and carriers). Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts beyond what the law requires.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably. You may also use the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.
