Refund policy

Every Meme For A Day item is printed on demand, just for you, by our production partner. Because each piece is made to order (and each design is retired forever after its 24-hour drop), we can't take items back for a change of mind. But if something goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we will send you a free reprint or give you a full refund for that item, at your choice and at no cost to you.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at azurotec2026@gmail.com.
Include your order number and a clear photo showing the problem (and the label, if the package is damaged).
You do not need to send the item back unless we specifically ask you to.

What we can't refund or exchange

Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Wrong size or color ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by washing or care that doesn't follow the care instructions.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you confirm the right address. A new shipping fee may apply.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or shows the package as delivered but you didn't receive it, email us. Lost packages are handled case by case with the carrier and our production partner, and we will reprint or refund when the package is confirmed lost.

Cancellations

Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund only if your order has not yet gone into production.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Note that, under applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
